There maybe cases wherein Spotfire Cloud login to analyst may not work and error out as below:

Issue/Introduction

This article will help resolve ERROR "Can't reach this page" which maybe seen when logging into Spotfire Cloud.

Resolution

- TIBCO Cloud is configured for web authentication, which opens a Web Browser and credentials need to be provided as soon a Spotfire analyst is launched.
- The Internet/web browser that opens here is the default one that is set on the machine/operating system.
- The issue is generally seen in case where the machine's default web browser is set to Microsoft EDGE.
- Change the machines default internet browser to Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet explorer and test the behavior. This should address the issue.

NOTE: This issue may not be seen everytime using Microsoft Edge but can be seen in some user environments.
