- ThisĀ  issue could be due to a problem with access rights/permissions
- Check if the account (service account/user account) running Spotfire Server Service has rights to modify the directory "<\tibco\tss>\10.3.3" ?
- Loop in a Windows Admin/Local IT expert for checking/modifying the permissions.
