On August 30, 2024, ibi announced that it will end support for the following ibi WebFOCUS® Add-on products, as of 11:59 pm, Pacific Time, on November 30, 2024. This notice supersedes any prior notices regarding end of support for these Add-on product(s).

• ibi™ Credit Union - ADMS Application - WebFOCUS® Add-on
• ibi™ Credit Union Cloud - ADMS Application - WebFOCUS® Add-on
• ibi™ WebFOCUS® - Infographics Add-on
• ibi™ WebFOCUS® Cloud - Infographics Add-on
• ibi™ WebFOCUS® - Narrative Charts Add-on
• ibi™ WebFOCUS® Cloud - Narrative Charts Add-on

This notice does not announce the end of support for any other ibi product(s).

Additionally, any major, minor, and service pack releases of ibi WebFOCUS products after August 30, 2024 will no longer include the above add-ons. 

Any content in a customer’s environment previously created with the Infographics Add-on will not be modified and will continue to run in the customer's environment.

After November 30, 2024, any new support cases reported against the above add-ons will no longer be accepted and existing cases under investigation will be closed.
