This error occurs when a DTS is open in either the TIBCO Scribe® Insight Workbench or from Step 1 of a File Integration. It indicates that the DTS cannot find the file name identified in its Source Connection. This can be caused by changing the Folder or the File name, a missing file, and/or a typo in either the Folder or File name.
The integration below is configured to run the File_Calls.dts. Clicking the Open button starts the Workbench and opens File_Calls.dts
The Workbench opens and then throws an error 0 when it tries to connect and locate the OPP_Calls source file.

Checking the file folder location in the error image above shows there is no OPP_CALLS.CSV file in the C:\Upload\Processing folder.
