The TIBCO Scribe Insight alert log is giving the following error:
Error initializing the Message Processor. 322. In IE, check for server certificate revocation has been unchecked Messages running through a Queue from an XML Source to a CRM Target are taking a very long time to process. For example, it took 3 days for 14K messages to be processed by a simple DTS.
Check Settings On The TIBCO Scribe Insight Server
- Stop all five Scribe Windows Services.
- Open the Windows Control Panel.
- Select Network and Internet.
- Select Internet Options.
- On the Internet Properties dialog select the Advanced tab.
- In the Settings section scroll down to find the Check for publisher's certificate revocation option.
- If it is unchecked, check this option, then select Apply and OK.
- Restart the five Scribe Windows Services.
- If the issue is not resolved, open a case with TIBCO Scribe Support.
