Issue/Introduction

This article explains some possible causes for the Error: Data Queue Corrupted message with the i5OS collector agent and how to resolve it.

Resolution

There are two possible solutions for this issue.
The first is to upgrade the LogLogic LMI i5OS agent to at least version 1.1.0.3 by upgrading the LSP version.

If that does not resolve the problem then the affected queue will need to be deleted so it can be re-created.

1. Stop the agent with the end loglogic command.
2. Delete the damaged object (queue).
3. Restart the process (agent)
