Cause: One possible cause is the port in Config.php does not match the port in the Statistica Server configuration admin tool (previously known as the WebSTATISTICA configuration admin tool).
Follow these steps to make changes so the ports in the Statistica Server configuration Admin tool (previously known as the WebSTATISTICA admin tool) and the Config.php file match:
1. Open the WebStatistica Admin Tool (Start | All Programs | Statistica | WebStatistica | Administration or Start | All Programs | Statistica | Administration).
2. Check the TCP port number in the Connection settings (Statistica Server configuration or WebSTATISTICA configuration admin tool showing below):
3. Double-clicK TCPIPPORT to change the port value, then click the OK button:
4. Open the Config.php file (typical location is :\\WebSTATISTICAPub\wwwroot) and check the SOAP port:
5. If necessary, make changes to the SoapPort number in the Config.php file and save it (select File | Save). Changes will take effect immediately.
6. Restart the WebStatistica (or WebSTATISTICA) service.
