Description

You may receive the error shown below when installing TIBCO Scribe Insight, if your server does not meet all of the requirements.

Resolution

  • Make sure that User Account Control (UAC) is turned off in Windows and the server has been rebooted.
  • Make sure that .NET Framework 3.5 and Windows Identity Foundation 3.5 are installed on the server.
    NOTE: .NET Framework 3.5 is required even if you have .NET 4.5 already installed.
Once these requirements have been met, try installing TIBCO Scribe Insight again.
 

Issue/Introduction

If your server does not meet all of the requirements for TIBCO Scribe Insight you may receive this error.
