Description

When trying to install Statistica Version 12 on Windows Server 2012, the following error message appears:

.NET will not install automatically

Issue/Introduction

Error: "The following features could not be installed: .NET Framework 3.5 (included .NET 2.0 and 3.0)"

Resolution

Resolution: Install .NET Framework 3.5 through the Server Manager using the steps in this Microsoft article:  Enable .NET Framework 3.5 by using the Add Roles and Features Wizard.
