Description
Backing up TIBCO Nimbus using the CtrlBackuputil could fail at times with an error of "Error Code 5 - Access Denied"

Improvements have been made within TIBCO Nimbus V10 Hotfix 2 and V 9.5.2 Hotfix 4 to address this
As part of this fix, there have been some improvements to debug logging in the Backup Utility log files, when the 'LoggingLevel' configuration setting is set to '2'.
