Error in starting administrator ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol

Description
When trying to connect to Oracle 12c, the following error is reported.

fail with the ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol error

First check KB article : 000030540 regarding the error message above.
After changing the database driver location in domainutility.tra, we were able to create the domain.
When trying to start the domain, the following error is reported.

com.tibco.runtime.pool.ServerNotAvailableException: Server not available at address jdbc:oracle:thin:@<host>:<port>/<S_ID + databse_username>

Issue/Introduction
Administrator is unable to connect to Oracle 12c.
Environment
Windows, Oracle RAC 12c, TRA 5.10, Admin 5.10
Resolution
First check KB article : 000030540, There is a bug report from Oracle for Oracle RAC 12c.
If the above suggestion does not help to resolve the issue, check the following.
- The currently used database driver file ojdbc7.jar is not compatible with Oracle RAC 12c.
- Replace this with the new ojdbc7.jar file which is compatible with Oracle RAC 12c . Then restart the admin service.
