Description

When trying to create gateway token, the BusinessConnect Administrator throws the following error.

"Error saving. com.tibco.security.AXSecurityException: Failure accessing credentials: null"

This is caused by corrupt information being left behind in the domain.

 

Issue/Introduction

The BusinessConnect Administrator throws an error when creating gateway token.

Environment

Applicable to all Environments.

Resolution



1.  First, restart Administrator and HAWK.

2. If restarting Administrator and HAWK doesn't correct the issue, the do the following:

a) In Admin GUI go to BusinessConnect > Manage > and "Revoke Gateway Tokens"

b) Create new token.

This will resolve the issue.
