Description

TIBCO Scribe® Online logs the activities for every execution of every Solution and displays those activities on the Execution History page for up to 45 days. When there are errors in a Solution Execution, they can be viewed on the Execution History Details page.

Sometimes, if an execution generates a fatal error because it couldn't open one of the Connections in the running Solution, the Details section of Execution History Details is empty, providing no information about the problem. (D1896)
 

Issue/Introduction

Fatal errors associated with not being able to open a Connection, sometimes result in empty History Details.

Resolution

  1. Open the Connection dialog for each Connection in the Solution and test the Connection.
  2. Make sure the Agent you use for the test is the same Agent that is used to run the Solution.
