Description
TIBCO Scribe® Online logs the activities for every execution of every Solution and displays those activities on the Execution History page for up to 45 days. When there are errors in a Solution Execution, they can be viewed on the Execution History Details page.
If source data contains large attachments, Execution History errors cannot be viewed or downloaded. (D27656 / Case # 85193, 86563, 85980, 87515)
Issue/Introduction
Errors in a Solution Execution can be viewed on the Execution History Details page, but may not display if the file is too large.
Resolution
There are several options to workaround this issue:
- Modify the source data to reduce attachment size.
- Use filters to reduce the total amount of data returned. See Block Properties Filter Tab in the TIBCO Scribe® Online Help.
- Disable storing source data in the cloud. Note that this option could impact the size of the On-Premise Agent database. See Setting Security Options in the TIBCO Scribe® Online Help.
