Description

The Execution History from another Solution displayed in the Execution History of a second Solution viewed through the UI.

NOTE: In this case, the user rolled back a server VM with a TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent installed.  The roll back reverted to a previous Agent which then processed Execution History data causing the data to display in the wrong Solution.
 

Issue/Introduction

Execution History mismatched from one Solution to another.

Resolution

The TIBCO Scribe® Online Help documents this issue as follows:

If your Agent is running in a virtual machine and you revert to an earlier snapshot or if it is running on a computer and you revert to an earlier image, you must reinstall the Agent. If you do not reinstall, the Agent and the cloud are out of sync, causing incorrect data to display in Execution History.

Scribe recommends working with the your Server Management team to confirm the VM has been rolled back. It is recommended that you provision a new Agent(s) on this VM as soon as possible and move all Solutions to the new Agent(s) accordingly.
 

Note: To perform roll-backs in the future on a virtual machines you must provision a new Agent.
