Description
Execution of the operation added through the REST data source adapter in TDV Studio, may fail with an error. The error may be returned even when the "Test connection" is successful from the REST data source adapter tab.
The below error message may be returned on the TDV Studio:
An internal error has occurred.
Cause: Illegal character in query at index 45

Resolution
To resolve the error, validate the "Operation URL" field from the REST data source configuration tab. The error message is returned by TDV when it finds a space in the URL.
Once the space is removed from the URL, re-introspect the REST data source and test the operation.
