Description
When testing the connection from CM to LMI a '..bad credentials.." message may be displayed. If the connection used to work then either the password has changed or the password has expired in LMI.
Login to LMI GUI using the user account configured in CM. If the password has expired then you should be prompted to change the password. Change it then go back to CM to update each appliance connection with the new password.
