Resolution
This exit code represents a normal exit and indicates that the CIS monitor is not running after the command finishes. It is not like the general bash or imperative programming language where 0 generally represents a normal exit. In CIS 7.0, the value of MONITOR_NOT_RUNNING was changed to 0, so if a user works on CIS 7.0, they will see the exit code as 0. Feel free to use the csw .server or composite.sh script to start/stop CIS monitor/server process.
