Description

When doing a data integration with Salesforce as the Source or Target you may need to expose hidden fields in Salesforce, such as Email Opt Out or Do Not Call fields. Use these instructions to log into your Salesforce account and reveal the necessary hidden fields.
  1. Log into Salesforce as an Administrator.
  2. Select Setup, then Customize.

  1. Expand the Entity you want to customize, such as Leads, and choose Fields.

  1. Click the name of the field you want to expose.
  2. Click Set Field-Level Security. A list of users with access to that field displays.

  1. Make the field visible for the Scribe Integration user.
