Description

If you encounter a failed Replication Solution and the error description in Execution History > Error Details is similar to the error shown below,  then you may have attachments or data that exceeds the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK buffer limits.

Error: Failed to allocate a managed memory buffer of 268435456 bytes. The amount of available memory may be lowThe error is being generated because the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server the TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent is trying to connect to doesn't have enough memory to process the request.

Issue/Introduction

Error occurs when the TIBCO Scribe® Online Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is trying to retrieve a large amount of metadata.

Resolution

If you can, remove the extraneous data from Dynamics CRM or omit the entity from your entity selection list in the TIBCO Scribe® Online Replication Solution configuration to alleviate the exception. However, if you need immediate support please contact Microsoft.
