Failed to start HMA with RV 8.5

Description
Configure hawk components with RV 8.5.
Start HMA without setuid, it's working fine.
Start HMA with setuid, it's not working.
Check logs:
$ cat starthma.log libtibrv64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Environment
Confirmed on RHEL, it may happen on any other Linux.
Resolution
This issue is due to an issue of RV 8.5: Some .so files of RV 8.5 can not be loaded by ldconfig. RV team rebuilt those libraries and attached to 8.5 HF01. Please download TIB_rv_8.5.0_HF-001_linux_x86_64.zip which attached to this article.
Apply hotfix follow the instructions in TIB_rv_8.5.0_HF-001_readme.txt, then run command ldconfig.
