Resolution
A message of this form is a debug statement that feed simulation tool generates to report that it is not able to keep up with the requested rate.
The feedsim tool does not stop sending data for this reason, but continues to try and send at a maximum rate.
This error can also be generated by selecting a column in a CSV file that does not contain correctly formatted timestamp values.
