Within a TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect environment in either AWS or AZURE, there is a new method to find the Organization ID.

How to find the Organization ID for a TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect AWS or AZURE environment
Resolution
From the menu, select Environment & Tools. Under Environment Settings, select Security Settings. Note that you must be an administrator to view Security Settings. On the left side of the Security Settings page, the field labeled "Connect API Org Id:" contains the Organization ID.
