To troubleshoot and correct configuration issues with the SVN Connector, first use SB Studio menu: Help > Installation Details, opens the "Installed Software" tab.
You should see listed:
This is the default set of installed files. You may un-install unwanted "optional" packages from this dialog.
To select a new connector, open SB Studio menu:
Window > Preferences > Team > SVN > SVN Connector tab, "Get Connectors" button
which opens the "Install Connectors" dialog:
If a connector has already been selected, then there is no "Get Connectors" button. To switch connectors, un-install the unwanted connector and return here to install the preferred connector. Selecting a connector and installing it will require you to accept the connector license agreement and restart SB Studio. We recommend you select the highest version number available for the connector you prefer.
If there is a problem, first try to un-install the problem SVN connector(s) and then try to install a new connector.
If this continues to fail, the configuration or plugin cache may be corrupt. Stop SB Studio, remove the configuration area on disk, and restart SB Studio with default configuration. The configuration area is:
C:\Users\{you}\AppData\Local\TIBCO Software Inc\StreamBase\AppSupport\sbstudio\N.n.n The plug-ins are stored here:
C:\Users\{you}\AppData\Local\TIBCO Software Inc\StreamBase\AppSupport\sbstudio\N.n.n\plugins Make sure you remove the configuration for the version of SB Studio you are using (and any others you are not using).
These directories are further described in the Studio Help here:
