To resolve this issue, uninstall the current TIBCO Data Science Team Studio. remove all the files related to it and then reinstall the application.
Here are the steps:
1. Follow the KB article (000038053) to uninstall TIBCO Data Science Team Studio.
2. Make sure that there are no background processes related to the chorus are running. Refer to the KB article (000038302) to purge any background processes.
3. Refer to the Team Studio Installation and Administration document to prepare the Linux server for re-installing the TIBCO Data Science Team Studio and reinstall the application.
