Description

Duplicate files are being processed by the interior server.  In the Gateway server logs, the following is observed:

GatewayServer TxID: BDC482E6-EE33-4E85-B7C8-2F7101D9C54D Sending file \\TEST\PRD\BC\File_123.x223 to interior. 
GatewayServer TxID: 012448E7-2DFB-4588-9CDD-521B56F0DAB5 Sending file \\TEST\PRD\BC\File_123.x223 to interior.

Issue/Introduction

Interior server is processing duplicate files when using the Gateway server's inbound file poller.

Resolution

This frequently happens when the inbound polling interval is set to a small value (under 10 seconds).  The polling interval should be minimum of 30 seconds in most cases.  Increasing the polling interval resolves this issue in most cases.
