Description
Some users may see the following error at design time on the "Fetch Entity" button when there is any editing or formatting in the files under {tibco_home}/bw/palettes/dynamicscrm/6.3/Dynamics-CRM-Entity-Cache.
"Method getLocalName() cannot be called for characters Event" or it will populate with empty "Fetch Entity" list.

Resolution
To resolve this error please remove the "Dynamics-CRM-Entity-Cache" folder which is under {tibco_home}/bw/palettes/dynamicscrm/6.3/location. Please close the studio before deleting the folder "Dynamics-CRM-Entity-Cache". Also please start your studio as an administrator to avoid permission issues otherwise the folder Dynamics-CRM-Entity-Cache will not get create automatically after clicking on the "Fetch Entity" button.
