Adjusted the filter rule to accept the reporting database URL string pattern
when entered in Oracle TNS syntax.

Adjusted the XSS filter rule to accept the Engine Configuration string pattern.

Added a property to the default engine config for Unix that manages the cap for
resident memory, in the same way that we currently manage the cap for virtual
memory. Please see the installation instructions in the Installation section
below for details on the steps necessary to enable this.

Created an option in the Administration Tool to enable / disable the XSS Filter.
Admin > Manage Configuration > Hotfixes > find GS-13301: set true to enable and
false to disable.
