Browser Specific Notes

IE11: Due to the way that IE11 handles the referrer header, some pages of
GridServer will redirect to the login page. Options to overcome this issue:
1> Go to Admin -> Manager Configuration -> Security -> Miscellaneous -> CSRF
     Filter and disable it.
2> Use another browser. We recommend Google Chrome.
