Description

After upgrading to 4.9.0.1 or 4.9.0.2 the CPU remains high at 90%+.

Issue/Introduction

This article explains the cause and provides a resolution for the high CPU issue on 4.9.0.x.

Resolution

This is a result of a defect in the engine_archive process. This requires upgrading to a more recent LMI version in order to resolve the defect. LogLogic LMI upgrade files are downloadable from https://edelivery.tibco.com.
