Description
You find that you are unable to start the Host.exe process, either automatically or via Start.js/Restart.js.

Host.exe process will not start
Resolution
It is possible that you have a file called web.nploc preventing the process from starting. This file is used ensure that other processes (such as the backup tool) can access the PR safely.
If you are sure that there is no backup running, you can safely remove the web.nploc file manually. This should allow you to run the Host.exe process again.
