Run a repair process to fix TIBCO Scribe® Insight without uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

Running Repair Process
Navigate to the Windows Control Panel, and choose Programs and Features.
Select TIBCO Scribe® Insight or Scribe Insight, depending on the version, and click Uninstall at the top of the window.
If the Scribe Services are running, a message displays asking to stop the Services to continue with the Uninstall. Click OK to stop the Scribe Services automatically.
After the Scribe Services have stopped click Next.
On the Program Maintenance window select Repair and click Next.
Click Install to begin the repair process.
NOTE: If you have moved the TIBCO Scribe® Insight Installer files to a different location after the original installation, you are prompted to browse to the new location to find the ScribeInsight.msi file to proceed.
When the repair process is done running click Finish. The repair is complete.
