Resolution
If you are using a browser to access a published REST web service as a JSON url, and there are NULL values present in the response, the values will be displayed within double quotes. In order to prevent this from happening, use the following steps.
(1) Navigate to Studio > Configuration > Server > Web Services interface.
(2) Set the value of JSON NULL Value in REST Response to true.
