If your LDAP log (located in: ...\Nimbus\Action Server\Logs\LDAP folder) shows an error of 'Incorrect process repository version', there are a few reasons why this can occur.

Issue/Introduction

I am getting an 'incorrect process repository' error in the LDAP logs please assist me in remedying this.

Resolution

One cause may be that an old version of the LDAP Sync Service is running against an upgraded Process Repository. Please find out that the correct version is installed. The ActSvc.exe (located in: ...\Nimbus\Action Server folder) is the process which the LDAP Sync Service runs under. If you check the 'Properties' and under the 'Version' tab, you can verify the version of this utility. If the version is not the same as the Process Repository, please upgrade the Action Server and any other components that have not been upgraded yet. If it is the Process Repository that needs to be upgraded, please migrate the current Process Repository.
