Resolution
Please follow these instructions first to be able to run the CtrlArchives Utility and then be able to restore process maps:- 1.) First confirm that the CtrlArchives Utility is in the correct folder, it should be similar to : ...\Nimbus\Client\Utilities folder and called CtrlArchives.exe. 2.) Please open a command prompt, to do this go to 'start' and press 'Run...' then type 'cmd' into the run prompt and press 'OK', please make sure you run this with Administrator privileges. 3.) Enter the full path for the CtrlArchives.exe surrounded by speech marks, followed by the Process Repository location surrounded by speech marks. For an example, please see below:- "C:\Nimbus\Client\Utilities\CtrlArchives.exe" "C:\Nimbus\Process Repository" 4.) Then press Enter, the utility will run. Please follow these instructions to restore a process map:- 1.) In the Nimbus Client, from the menu choose . 2.) Select a map to restore and from the menu choose . 3.) Choose where to restore the map in the Process Repository then press 'OK'. You will then be able to open the restored map in the 'Open And Manage' window.
