How do I update the Instream and Translator versions used by TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for EDI Healthcare Edition?

Description
We specified the updated Instream and Translator version paths during the installation but the plug-in is still using the older versions. Where do we modify them?
Issue/Introduction
Update bwcommon.tra and system environment variable path
Environment
Windows Server 2012 R2
Resolution
1. Update the BW_HOME/bin/bwcommon.tra file like :
tibco.env.FSTRANSLATORINI=TIBCO_HOME/translator/3.6/bin
tibco.env.FSINSTREAMINI=TIBCO_HOME/instream/8.6/bin
2. Update the System Environment variable like :
PATH = TIBCO_HOME\Instream\<version>\bin;%JAVA_HOME%\bin; (in the similar way add the Translator path)
