Description
When you have sent out a diagram or diagrams for review - you will want to create a report which shows the comments which the reviewers have left.
The "Review progress" report does not show these comments, so please see below the steps in order to create a report which will.
This relates to the Classic TIBCO Nimbus Author Client
Resolution
1. Log into the Classic TIBCO Nimbus Author Client
2. Open the Map which the reviews were requested on
3. Go to Manage > Audit Trail List
4. Select the scope of diagrams you wish to report on and click OK
5. On the Action column, click on the drill down symbol in the right hand side
6. Select "Reviewed"
7. Go to View > Column customising
8. Add the "Notes" column and any other columns you wish to add
You should now see the comments the reviewes have left, and can export this as requested.
