How long does it take for Citrix to reset my session?
Resolution
Citrix will auto reset after 15 minutes of disconnection time, however when it is forcefully closed (e.g via task manager) it may not always immediately be recognized as disconnected, so this reset period could be longer.
However, once a session is correctly identified as being disconnected, a user should normally be able to reconnect to the session.
