Issue/Introduction
How much time will it take for a newly created ECLE profile to become active and start sending the logs to specified s3 bucket?
Resolution
When ECLE profile is created, it goes through a whitelisting process. Since this is relatively new service, this whitelisting or approval process ensures that TIBCO Mashery keeps track of new signups and can make necessary scaling changes required to serve ECLE logs. This process is active during US business hours. The whitelisting or approval process is temporary and we are working towards making it completely self serve.
Once it’s whitelisted/approved, it takes a couple of hours for it to start delivering files in the S3 bucket
