With Statistica Version 12.5  and newer versions, Statistica Enterprise Users logged in with System Admin (SADM) or User Admin (ADM) permissions can sync Enterprise User groups with Windows domain groups

In Enterprise Manager |User Administration |Groups, you can create a group and Sync with a domain Group by checking the Domain group checkbox under 'Domain group Association'  and selecting the domain group.

The user may click on Sync occasionally to add new users to the organization / Windows group or remove users who left the company/department with this sync option.

If there are multiple Windows domain groups involved the user may also click on the 'Resync all Domain Groups...' button.

Note : A user might also import the AD group by clicking on Import User and typing the active directory group name. The group that you assign the active directory group to is just a formality (It doesn't inherit the permissions of the group), the group will be separately listed and you may define group permissions for the Active directory group imported separately.
