"Default value" setting is not available when adding a property to concept.
Issue/Introduction
We need to add a new property to a concept and want to set a default value for the property to all existing concept records.

Resolution
A new property is added to a concept and the user wants to set the default value to the property for existing concept instances. The user should load the concept and update the new property with the proper value through the BE engine. One can have a separate inference engine to do the data update and bring up normal inference engines upon the completion of updating.
