Resolution
1. In Statistica Classic Menu mode, after creating a customized SVB macro, go to "File | Save As Global Macro" to choose a location and give a name to save the customized SVB macro.

2. Then go to "Tools" menu, select "Customize" to display the "Customize" dialog. Select the "Commands/Macros" tab. In the "Categories" list, select "Macros". The macros you have created will be displayed in the "Commands" list.
Select the macro and drag it to the toolbar of the Classic menu. The customized macro will be added to the toolbar on the top.
