This happens because there is a mismatch between the version of the ODBC driver being used and the application.
For example, the application might be on a 32-bit version and the TDV ODBC driver is a 64-bit version or vice-versa.
Note: For any application connecting to TDV with the ODBC driver, only the same bit version can be used as that of the driver.
