Resolution
To bring the window to normal size:
Click the "Restore Window" button on top right of Statistic ribbon bar(circled in red)
To minimize the window:
Click the "Minimize Window" button also on top right of Statistic ribbon bar
To use cascade view to bring all windows back to normal size:
Click "Cascade" in windows group under View tab
