TIBCO Cloud Spotfire (TCS) users may want to change the language used by the Spotfire user interface in both the installed Cloud Analyst client and the web-based Business Author and Consumer clients.

How to change the Spotfire user interface to different languages in TIBCO Cloud Spotfire Analyst and Cloud Business Author/Consumer clients
Resolution
For the Cloud Analyst installed client, click on Tools > Options, then click on the Application tab. There is a Language drop-down option at the top of the dialog. Click on the drop-down menu and select the desired language. Click OK to save, then close the application and re-open it to apply the language change.
For the Business Author and Consumer web clients the language is controlled by the browser settings. Go into Settings for your browser, change the settings to the desired language, then close the browser. Once the browser is re-opened, open the Spotfire Cloud URL and the language will be updated.
