This article will show in detail how users can change their password. 

Issue/Introduction

This article shows how customers can reset their password to the Support Portal

Resolution

  1. Go to TIBCO Support Portal
  2. On the top right corner click on Login
  3. Enter your email address that is your username and click on Next
  4. You will be redirected a page to enter your password. On the bottom of the page click on Need Help With Login?

       5. Click on Reset Password

      6. Enter your email address and click on Send

     7. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent directly to the email address you provided and will be valid for 72 hours.
