Resolution
Log onto the Cloud website, https://spotfire.cloud.tibco.com, click on "Account Settings". Click on "My team" and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on "Change Account Owner" to change the Administrator/Owner of the Workgroup. See the attached screen shot (Filename: Cloud_change_owner.png).
