Step to follow:
- Inviting Organization Owners
You can invite other users to become owners in your organization.
Procedure
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- In the Organization > Organization owners section, click + Add owner.
- In the Invite new owner to your organization dialog box, enter the name or email address of the user you want to invite as an organization owner in your organization.
- Click Continue.
- New User will receive invitation email from TIBCO Cloud.
There is a default limit set (20) for the number of users you can invite to become owners of your organization. To modify this limit, contact the TIBCO Support team by opening a new Case.
- Resolution for Question 4:
TIBCO Cloud Ops team will have to perform the change. Please contact support team by opening a new Case and provide following details to get quick resolution.
- New Organization User Email Address.
- Business Approval of the change, either attach your senior management email to the case or ask TIBCO Account Manager to send an email.
