How to clear SDMS Cache in Statistica Enterprise deployment?

Description

Statistica Document Management System (SDMS) which adds versioning to Statistica Enterprise objects has a cache that it uses to make retrieval of versions faster. The Cache may sometimes need to be refreshed.

Resolution

METHOD 1:

1. Login to Statistica Enterprise as a user who has System Admin permissions (SADM) permissions / Administrator role.
2. Navigate to System Options>>SDMS Integration and click on Clear cache

3. Click OK on the dialog that shows that SDMS Cache has been deleted.

METHOD 2:

1. Login to the Statistica meta database as a user who has permissions to delete from table
2. Execute the SQL : Delete from CSOCACHE;
