Description
To assist in troubleshooting technical issues with your ModelOps server, you may collect a full Technical Support archive. This archive contains various technical reports in json format, along with a README.txt that identifies what each report is:
scheduling-server.json - Scheduling server logs
data-channel-registry.json - Data channel registry server logs
modelops-server.json - Modelops server logs
modelops-metrics.json - Modelops metrics server logs
scoring-flow.json - Scoring flow logs
scoring-service.json - Scoring service logs
data-channel.json - Data channel logs
kubernetes.txt - Kubernetes status
These reports may be collected for a specific time range, as noted below.
Resolution
To collect the full Technical Support archive in the ModelOps web ui, go to Settings and Preferences > Support > Diagnostic > Technical Reports:
Then, specify the appropriate time range (i.e. choose a time range that covers the time period when the issue occurred), and download the resulting *.zip archive.
